Anemometer Making *In Person*

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Forest Park Public Library
YS Program Room

Event Details

Make your own anemometer (a device that measures wind speed and direction) by reusing common materials. Ages 8 to 10. Space is very limited for this program in keeping with our program safety guidelines, so be sure to register to guarantee yourself a space. We will have a waiting list and a virtual option for those who prefer it.

COVID Safety Notes:
Participants are expected to fully mask and distance inside the program for safety. To allow as much space for our kids as possible, we ask that adults only accompany children in the room if absolutely necessary and mask inside the program room out of an abundance of caution since we will be meeting in an enclosed space.  A recording (or remote option) will be available for this program for those interested.

Event Type(s): Maker & STEM
Age Group(s): Middle Grades
