Join us for an afternoon of art and storytelling led by artist and researcher Dr. Sharbreon Plummer.To the Women Who Shaped Us: Memory and Storytelling through Textile Arts will highlight the intersections of Black life quilting and textile arts across history. Participants will be asked to reflect on figures, quotes or imagery that honors the women who shape us and continue to make history. 

Kits can be picked up at the Library on February 1.
