Veteran Program Manager Burhan Syed (who has led large scale projects at Facebook, Microsoft, and at Oracle) will cover the basics of successful project management, including methods and tools for planning and executing projects that you can apply to your personal life. This class will introduce you to the role of the project manager and provide an overview of the fundamental concepts and skills necessary to drive your personal projects to success.
