Forager and certified instructor in edible wild plants Natalie Evans will go over what you need to know to forage safely and ethically. You will also learn how to prepare the wild food you have harvested. The first hour of class we will be indoors to go over the foraging basics and then the last half an hour we will go on a plant walk around the Library’s neighborhood to point out some of the wild food that was discussed in class.
