Event Details

Many people are concerned about aging and how their brains function. In a word, they fear it’s all “downhill,” like there is little or nothing they can do to maintain memory, focus and ability to connect with others.

Let’s challenge that! Peak performance coach and applied neuroscientist Diane Wilson will host this fascinating program on brain science and aging. It will reset your thinking by:

-          Exploring key myths of aging and brain function

-          Identifying life patterns of those who age well

-          Sharing practical tips for you to take to get more control of your brain health

Who will benefit from this? Adults of any age who want to preserve their brain health including those experiencing brain fog from an array of conditions.
