*In-Person* Make Dog Toys for the Animal Shelter

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Forest Park Public Library
Austin Room

Event Details

IN-PERSON event for youths ages 7-13.

Make fun, treat-filled toys for the dogs at the Animal Care League! We will use upcycled household materials (toilet and paper towel rolls, plastic bottles, etc.) to create sustainable pet toys for the local shelter.

If you have empty plastic bottles, empty shoe boxes, toilet paper rolls, and/or paper towel rolls you can donate, please bring them with you! FPPL will have supplies ready, but every little bit helps.

COVID Safety Note
Due to the lifting of the mask mandate, masking will be optional throughout the library and in programs as of February 28. We will continue to run a filter in program rooms, limit attendance for safety, and will offer hybrid or remote options whenever possible. We ask that guests be mindful that people may still choose to mask for a variety of reasons and respect safety guidelines and personal space so we can continue to offer in-person programming.
