IN-PERSON and offsite event at Empowering Gardens Winter Shop location (7736 Madison St., Forest Park). Meet at the Empowering Gardens location, NOT the library!

Learn how to plant and care for various plants with the Forest Park Public Library Youth Services department and Empowering Gardens. The children will plant pea seeds in 3D printed Bulbasaur planters and transplant pansies in clay pots. Empowering Gardens will provide seeds, soil, pots and information on how to care for the seeds and pansies. Designed for ages 5-8.

COVID Safety Note

We ask in-person participants over the age of 2 to mask and distance inside the program room for safety since not all participants may be vaccinated.
