Composting 101 @ Forest Park Community Garden

Are you curious about turning waste into nutrient rich compost? Learn how to sustainably reduce waste and give your garden or indoor plants a boost with Val Kehoe from the Illinois Extension Program. Join us outdoors at the Forest Park Community Garden. A five gallon bucket of compost to try at home will be given to the first 10 patrons to register. These buckets will be distributed at the event.
