This introductory workshop with author Elizaveta Friesem (Media is Us: understanding communication and moving beyond blame) and Zen priest Lori Snyder is an invitation for curiosity, tenderness, self-awareness, empathy and courage. We will learn about how to use the technique of compassionate communication (NVC) to approach our difficult emotions and relationships in a way that transforms and heals.
