You have experienced perfectionism if you have ever felt the nagging feeling that what you do or have – or who you are – is not enough. A small dose of perfectionism is not necessarily a problem. It can push us to achieve new goals and to grow. But when out of control, the feeling of “not-enough-ness” prevents us from doing things that could be interesting and important. Too much perfectionism does not allow us to enjoy life and be ourselves. In this session, we will learn where perfectionism comes from, share stories about our struggles with “not-enough-ness”, and discuss how we can dream big while savoring the journey.
