Do you have a question about technology, including email, internet, using your phone, library eBooks or audiobooks, or using Zoom? FPPL cardholders can book a 30-minute in-person or virtual appointment.


Examples of topics:

  • Downloading eBooks or audiobooks to a device

  • Using email

  • Setting up a social media account

  • Moving pictures from your phone to your laptop

  • Changing settings on a new device

  • Finding useful apps

  • Building your smartphone, laptop, or tablet skills

  • Feeling more confident using Zoom

Please only register for one appointment at a time. You may put yourself on the waitlist for a specific day and be moved up if someone cancels. You will be automatically notified.
